This training builds upon the foundational training, and includes intensive role playing and simulation to support clinicians enhance their communication skills. Interactive role-playing exercises, case studies, and constructive feedback helps clinicians acquire the knowledge practice skills and confidence to navigate these conversations with sensitivity and professionalism.
To sustaining the benefits of our training we offer refresher (Booster) training sessions and group and individual follow up coaching and mentoring sessions. By creating a culture of continuous learning, knowledge retention, and ongoing support. Including follow-up sessions, performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms to ensure that the skills acquired remain relevant and impactful.
